Terms and Conditions

  1. Tariffs : Seasonal rates apply.
  2. Reception is open from 7:30am – 6pm unless by prior arrangement.
  3. Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival.
  4. Check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
  5. Cancellation Policy: 24 hours prior to arrival date.
  6. Groups. Special conditions apply to Group quotations/reservations.
  7. Credit Card guarantees. Reservations require authorisation of a credit card for the amount of the booking. Payment will be taken within 7days prior to arrival.
  8. Smoking. Our motel units are smoke free inside and outside our units. Smokers are asked to please smoke in our designated areas. Outside the motel laundry and guest laundry. In the event of someone having smoked in the room we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.
  9. Strong Smelling foods: In order to avoid residual lingering food odours that may be offensive to subsequent guests, the cooking of strong smelling foods is not permitted in this motel. If strong residual odours remain, the registered guest may be charged a minimum of $100 for the cost of professional cleaning. If the room cannot be rented until the smell is removed, the registered guest will be charged for the resulting loss of income to the motel.
  10. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors while on the property. We do not allow large, noisy gatherings or parties in our rooms. Guests must leave the premises quietly before 10pm.
  11. Room servicing. Your room will be serviced daily, ensuring your room is kept to our high standards. Daily servicing of your room ensures your bathroom and kitchen is refreshed as needed. Your bed will not be straightened if personal items are left on the bed. On a long period stay, a full cleaning service will be carried out on every 3rd day of the occupation.
  12. Loss of income charge. For any reason that your room cannot be re-let after your departure due to damage, odorous smells from cooking or smoking in the room or damage to the property then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
  13. All accommodation accounts are payable on check in.
  14. NO PETS ALLOWED.
  15. Gang patches and Insignia prohibited.
