Your hosts Brooke & Gardy are 100% proudly local Nelsonians who enjoy all that Nelson has to offer. With a genuine Kiwi experience from check in to check out, our knowledge of the Nelson / Tasman region is at your fingertips. Having bought Palms Motel in 2023 we have since met many different travellers from all over the globe. We are able to help them discover their destinations and welcome everyone to visit us and experience what our region has to offer for themselves. We look forward to hosting you.

SHOPPING IN NELSON
Nelson is renowned for its arts and crafts. It also has a fantastic shopping centre. It’s famous for its Saturday morning market where locals come to sell their colourful, beautifully made wares and tasty fare.
Only 5 minutes drive away is Nelson’s well known Tahunanui Beach. A beautiful, safe swimming beach with small craft activities in Summer, cafes, playgrounds, playing fields, Natureland, go carts, Hydroslide, modeller’s pond with train and Minigolf.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We honour all reservations confirmed by cash or credit card number. We request that you advise any booking change or cancellation 24 hours prior to arrival, otherwise we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of the first night’s tariff or 50% of the reservation whichever is the greater, should we be unable to re-let the room.
